Full profile: how Daisy teaches, exam results, availability and reviews
Hi! I’m Daisy, I’m from Yorkshire and I’m in my final year of Business Management at Newcastle University. I have been tutoring for over 4 years and enjoy helping students learn how they learn which is a valuable life skill. Often students feel overwhelmed by content or exam technique and are not given the tools to process and understand it. Throughout my lessons I aim to explore different learning styles to help them find which ones suits them. I am a passionate and caring tutor who truly believes that there is no such thing as a silly question. I aim to create a supportive environment where top achievers who want to be stretched and students who want some extra support can thrive. English has always been my favourite subject and my love for English continued into my A Level studies – particularly in the coursework where I completed an investigation into the relationship between language and gender, allowing me to notice fascinating theoretical aspects of language in everyday context.
