Send a quick message to support@studyguru.co.uk within 24 hours of your lesson ending. Include the date of the session.
What's not covered
We want to be straight with you. The First Lesson Guarantee covers exactly that: your first lesson. After that, our standard cancellation and refund policy applies:
- ·Lessons after your first one are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before any session.
- ·If a tutor no-shows or there's a major technical failure on our end, we investigate and refund regardless of which lesson it is — just contact support within 48 hours.
