About Jenny
“I am an experienced tutor, ensuring that I give planned lessons of quality which is tailored to each students specific requirements. I prioritise communication and consistency with the aim to make the student more confident in their chosen subject.”
I am a recent Graduate of History and Politics at the University of Birmingham, achieving a First Class Honours. I studied Mathematics, History and Music at A Level and therefore enjoy tutoring both essay and numerical subjects. I have tutored both younger students and my peers for 5 years now, which means I am now confident in providing well planned lessons and constructive feedback.
How Jenny tutors
Communicative lessons which are constructed to ensure that students fully understand key concepts required for a GCSE level, whether that be Mathematics, English Literature or English Language. I meet each individual student at the pace they are working at, whilst also encouraging them to exceed beyond where they thought they might reach.
